Assisted Chin-ups

Chin-ups and Pull-ups are arguably the best bodyweight-only exercise that you can do. A chin up is very similar to a pull up with the exception of hand position. Chin-ups are performed with your palms facing your body, while pull-ups are performed with your hands facing away from your body.

They involve the use of almost every upper body muscle, and they are great for your abs as well. It's no wonder that the fittest men and woman do chin ups and pull ups as part of their workout routine. This exercise is one of the best ways to build your back and biceps, abs, and overall upper-body strength and tone.

However, there's a growing crisis affecting men and woman worldwide. It's the Chin-up Crisis and perhaps you're a victim. Do you want to do chin ups or pull ups, but because you can only do one or two you skip them? The fact is, most people cannot do chin ups and pull ups because of the tremendous upper body strength requirements.

Because of the high benefits obtained from this exercise and the limited number of people that can perform it, assisted chin up machines have been around for many years in commercial gyms. Unfortunately, the high cost associated with this apparatus prohibits its use at home, and its large size makes it unsuitable for travel.

Recent studies also indicate that exercising in the home and while on travel is growing in popularity. This growing demand in home and travel fitness has created a high demand for an affordable upper body exercise apparatus for home and travel use that assists an exerciser in performing chin-ups.

To satisfy this demand we've developed an apparatus not only allows you to do full chin ups, but it more accurately mimics the classic movement than the assisted-chin up machines found in many commercial gyms.

This is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and ladies. The normal unassisted chin up is a very advanced exercise, but with this piece of home gym equipment anyone and everyone can do chin ups.

The key is to reduce a portion of the exercisers body weight to enable them to do the full reps so they can gain the full benefit of this exercise.

Are you interested in a new way to do chin-ups? Would you be interested in improving your upper body strength by doing assisted chin-ups at home and on travel if the device was easy to use and the cost was less than $50?
